Benjamin Delumondo Bolos, 81, of Hilo died July 25 at a care home in Waipahu, Oahu. Born in Ewa Beach, Oahu, he co-founded American Fence and was a car salesman. Visitation 9-10:30 a.m. Monday (Aug. 3) at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Funeral mass at 10:30. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Aloha attire. Survived by daughters, Brenda Bolos of Oahu, Renee Stolte and Tricia (John) Bejcek of Ohio; sons, Benton (Carrie) Bolos and Dayne (Tracy) Bolos of Hilo, Robin (Laurie) Bolos of Maui; brothers, Donald (Rose) Bolos of Waipahu and William (Gladys) Bolos of Pearl City, Oahu; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Taison Fia‘ava‘e Hokuikekai Enriques, 4 months, of Kailua-Kona died July 11 at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu. He was born in Kealakekua. James “Jimmy” Kahuanui, 55, of Waimea died July 18 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, he was a coach, farmer, craftsman, musician, songwriter and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
